Growing up in the real estate and construction industry, Mark Neff has worked in the real estate business for more than 25 years. He has been with New Albany Realty since its opening in 1992 and has since had an active role in the planning, development, design, and construction of hundreds of land and home sales in the New Albany, Ohio area. A skilled sales agent, Mark is knowledgeable in all aspects of the home sales process.
Over the past several years, Mark has become an integral part of helping individuals relocate to or from the Columbus area. Large and small corporations and human resources departments rely on Mark to assist employees in moves, including everything from selling or finding a home or temporary accommodations to serving as a trusted resource for schools, activities, entertainment, and much more.
Mark continues to build his business on ethical practices, trust, and compassion. He is proud to represent past clients over the years throughout and through their changing real estate needs, as well as receive referrals from several clients.
Mark, his wife Kris and son Mitchell live in New Albany with their two dogs. The Neffs are very active in their church as well as avid supporters of community and charity functions. When able to take a little time away from work, Mark and his family love to travel, most often to visit family and friends!
Erin Glowacki
Helping Mark to provide quality and consistent service to all clients is full-time assistant Erin Glowacki. Erin has worked for New Albany Realty for more than 10 years and earned her real estate license in 1999. The past three years, Erin has assisted Mark with all aspects of buyer/seller relations, marketing, transaction negotiations and more.
Patty Zwick
Patty Zwick has been in real estate since 1987. Patty brings a wealth of knowledge to the Mark Neff Team specializing in Corporate Relocation for 20 years. The service she provides to families who are moving into and out of Ohio is priceless. Being both a Certified Residential Specialist and an Accredited Buyer's Representative allows Patty to advise her clients in what is usually one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Buyer's and Seller's both have come back to Patty when it is time to move again because of her knowledge and assistance provided in the past. Due to her commitment to the Real Estate business and her level of transactions, Patty was awarded the Columbus Board of Realtors $25 Million award in 2004. Patty and her husband Dick, love spending time with their two children and six grandchildren both in the Central Ohio area and Florida.
